These terms apply to this website and to tickets, submissions, and merchandise ordered through it for the Sticks Trailer Tour. By using the site or buying a ticket you agree to them.

Tickets are sold per city and per tier, and each ticket admits one person to that city's event. Your ticket is tied to the account that bought it, and the QR code in your account is what gets scanned at the door.
Bring your ticket on your phone or printed. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
Event details — including venue, timings, and running order — can change. We'll tell ticket holders by email if anything material changes.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars, and payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details.
If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be contacted about a refund or a transfer. For any other refund, transfer, or name-change request, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Entry is open to ticket holders. One entry per person across the whole tour, submitted before the published deadline, within the published runtime limit, and via a working link we can watch.
By entering you confirm that the movie is yours to enter: that you hold or have permission for the rights in it, including music, footage, and anyone appearing in it. Entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent.
You keep ownership of your movie. You grant us permission to screen it at the tour events and to use short excerpts and stills to promote the tour and the competition.
Selection and judging decisions are ours and are final. We may disqualify an entry that breaks these rules.
Posters and merchandise shown on this site are sold through the Sticks store, and that store's own terms apply to those orders.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account from the account menu at any time.
Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't submit content that is unlawful or that you don't have the rights to.
The Sticks name, artwork, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
We provide this site as it is and will fix problems as quickly as we can, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
